ShowRunner pricing is designed to be clear, simple, and easy to understand. You choose your modules, select Remote or Live, and your clarity show is priced accordingly.
Everything starts with the ShowRunner Library — your module catalogue.
ShowRunner Remote Pricing
Remote is the main ShowRunner format. It delivers the full clarity experience live on video, without travel or venue costs.
45-minute Remote Show
Includes: 2–3 modules, live delivery, clarity visuals, optional Q&A.
Price: £1,250
60-minute Remote Show
Includes: 3–4 modules, live delivery, clarity visuals, optional Q&A.
Price: £1,750
90-minute Remote Show
Includes: 4–6 modules, live delivery, clarity visuals, optional Hotseat coaching.
Price: £2,250
Half-Day Remote Clarity Event
Includes: 6+ modules, breaks, Q&A, Hotseat coaching, clarity-first structure.
Price: £3,500
ShowRunner Live Pricing (Premium Upgrade)
ShowRunner Live is the on stage version of the clarity show. It is booked selectively and delivered when appropriate.
Conference Keynote (45 minutes)
Includes: 2–3 modules, on stage delivery, clarity visuals, event coordination.
Price: £4,500 + travel
Full Clarity Show (60–90 minutes)
Includes: 3–6 modules, on stage delivery, clarity visuals, optional Hotseat coaching.
Price: £6,500 + travel
Half-Day Live Clarity Event
Includes: 6+ modules, breaks, Q&A, Hotseat coaching, full clarity-first structure.
Price: £9,500 + travel
Live delivery is premium and booked when appropriate. Remote remains the main ShowRunner format.
