How to run a ShowRunner clarity event
This guide shows you exactly how to plan, build, and run your ShowRunner clarity show. It is simple, modular, and designed for busy organisers.
What ShowRunner is
ShowRunner is a modular clarity show built from the ShowRunner Library. You choose your modules. Malcolm delivers your clarity show — remotely or live.
Your 5-step organiser process
Step 1 — Browse the Library
Look through the modules and choose the ones that fit your event theme, audience, and timing.
Step 2 — Build your show
Select 3–6 modules depending on your event length. Each module delivers one clarity outcome.
Step 3 — Send your event details
Date, audience, purpose, platform (Remote) or venue (Live). Simple and quick.
Step 4 — Malcolm designs your show
Flow, timings, transitions, visuals — all clarity-first and tailored to your event.
Step 5 — Live delivery
Remote or Live. High-energy clarity delivery with optional Q&A or Hotseat coaching.
