In our vision to change BVTV Global to its mission of being a Leadership CLARITY Platform, we’ve been a bit too optimistic in our timing. Sort of like that builder who tells you your kitchen extension will be finished well before Christmas and you end up cooking your Turkey on the BBQ… in the snow!! No, the truth is not as bad as that here at BVTV Global- but it will take us until the end of August to have most of our Leadership Simulator Tools working effectively. For now, we are on “sunrise”!

The reason for our delay is down to the constant change in the marketplace. Future-proofing (well for at least 3 years) is not so easy as you will know. The crystal ball has been a bit hazy and here’s us wanting to deliver Clarity!
However, it is this lack of clarity that drives us, as we know that almost everyone (well everyone that’s being honest!) is facing the same challenge. But we are creating ground-breaking leadership systems and tools. For example, our BVTV Situational Simulator has been loaded with scenarios for leaders and teams to deliberate and make a choice. Followed by our “tough love” comment! Fortunately, we’ve created it so we can constantly add new scenarios and action options as we journey together this year.
Growth and Resilience are key
The new BVTV Leadership Clarity platform is built around delivering THREE PILLARS of Modern Leadership. These are Growth Clarity, Resilience Clarity and Leadership Clarity. Now, you may think we’re going over the top in our obsession with “clarity” but it’s a word that is at the heart of business confusion, concern and lack of commitment at this time.
