I am wildly excited about bringing you this set of 3 videos which I’m, calling Lead A Loving Organisation Trilogy.  Zina Sutch and colleague Patrick Malone have written a book that is so apt for our BVTV Leadership Channel title. Quite simply they say that for too long leadership has been treated as a function and not a relationship.
