It’s great to see a successful hospitality pivot and today’s guest is one of the best! There is no going back to what was then normal in hospitality. The majority of Customers and Guests will not be clamoring to expose themselves to risk so safety will be the new norm. New laws such as the so-called Natasha’s Law around pre-packaged food will only grow in their impact. New technology will drive new customer understanding. New social media platforms will influence taste and trends.

One of the key growth areas is certainly vegan food. But vegan food hasn’t necessarily had a great write-up in taste and variety. Can it come through and be your food of choice for that long-waited special occasion for example? Louise Palmer-Masterton is the founder of multiple award-winning restaurants Stem & Glory known for gourmet vegan food. So grab a cup of Green Tea and come meet her.

It’s vital to enhance your guest experience says Ivan Poole of Treasure Trails on BV-TV Show

BV-TV Business of Hospitality Channel host Malcolm Gallagher says;

Nobody needs to tell you that the tourism & hospitality sector has been hurt badly with Coronavirus. But don’t think there is a built-up of clamour to be patrons of those businesses remaining as soon as lockdown is lifted. The Business of Hospitality has changed and will remain changed for some time. I’m not just talking in the process of saying servicing and taking cash but I am also talking in the experience that is offered to customers & guests. For example, staycation, holidaying in the UK, is likely to be prominent in people’s minds but to-days’ holidaymaker wants a Memorable Experience which is witnessed by the growth of specialty breaks such as Discovering Your Past.

It’s my thinking that hospitality businesses need to be planning how they will deliver and market such experiences in the future and so I am taking to meet someone who truly knows about delivering an experience. From Treasure Trails please meet Ivan Poole
