Nobody needs to tell you that the tourism & hospitality sector has been hurt badly with Coronavirus. But don’t think there is a built-up of clamour to be patrons of those businesses remaining as soon as lockdown is lifted. The Business of Hospitality has changed and will remain changed for some time. I’m not just talking in the process of saying servicing and taking cash but I am also talking in the experience that is offered to customers & guests. For example, staycation, holidaying in the UK, is likely to be prominent in people’s minds but to-days’ holidaymaker wants a Memorable Experience which is witnessed by the growth of specialty breaks such as Discovering Your Past.
